Janna Gist

Janna Culpepper Gist is originally from Ft. Payne, AL & now resides in Decatur, AL with her husband, preschool age daughter, scruffy cat-like dog, and nosey dog-like cat. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Print-Making & a Masters in Elementary Education from Jacksonville State University. Growing up with a wonderfully creative artist mother & the most supportive & encouraging father a girl could ever have, Janna can’t remember a time when art didn’t play a role in her life. Mixed media, collage, and watercolor have long been what she enjoyed creating. She recently figured out how to combine all 3 into resin jewelry! While some styles may be similar, her intention is that each piece of jewelry is unique & never exactly duplicated. Wearable pieces of art!
